Why Work With A CRS?

Why Work With a CRS?  Sherry earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Certification in 2006, five years into her real estate career.  She knew it was a way to make a difference for her clients.

Fewer than 4% of all Realtors nationwide have earned this special designation.

Ethics.  Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and to abide by its strict code of ethics.

Focus on the Client. To help make the homebuying and selling process more rewarding, every CRS designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology, and marketing.

Technology Expertise. The training to become a CRS includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.

An Ability to Maximize Profits (and minimize costs). Every CRS is trained to help clients understand the local market, to screen prospective buyers and sellers, to negotiate in the best interest of the client, and ultimately to ensure a successful transaction.
